Wine Maker Dinner at Providence Restaurant Featuring Greg Brewer

On June 30th the edible LA's Sea to Plate star turn - and Michelin starred - Providence Restaurant will be holding an seasonal prix fix in collaboration with the highly respected wine maker Greg Brewer.

Brewer, whose wine philosophy extends beyond mere terrior,  conveys a commitment to "allow nature to express itself in the unadulterated manner it deserves" in both his mission statement and the taste of his wines themselves ... A worthy philosophy that we at the magazine feel very strongly about.

Brewer's wines include the Brewer Clifton, Melville and Diatom labels,  and each of these imprints will be represented in the pairings.  This isn't just an opportunity to sample exceptional wine alongside an extraordinary, seasonal menu, but to attend an event that comes few and far between: this will be Brewer's only West Coast wine dinner, one of two only to be held in the US.

We've included a glimpse of the menu - which is subject to change due to local availability - for you to peruse.  Usually we'd highlight a course to pique your interest - but take a look - how could we choose?

Call Providence at 323-460-4170 for reservations; tables are sure to sell out fast.
